1 Manage user' rights

User management menu is in the "Admin" menu bar at the top right. Then go to the "users" icon: ADMIN/Users.

We have 4 types of users: administrator, recruiter, advanced manager and operational.

Administrator: has all the rights on his organisation


Recruiter: has the rights given to him by the admin (set in admin/user/modify a user)


Operational: has only the validation tab giving him access to the candidates that have been transmitted to him. He does not have a login and password. He/she logs in from the links in the validation emails he/she receives.


The Advanced Manager: He has access to all Jobaffinity functionalities for which the Administrator type users have given him/her rights. The Advanced Manager only has access to the jobs to which he has been assigned or to the jobs he has created himself.


Choose the user for whom you wish to set the rights and click on Edit. You can choose the rights of the account by checking/unchecking the relevant right:

  • Modify jobs
  • Modify publications
  • Modify mail templates
  • Modify questionnaires
  • Modify pools
  • View reporting
  • Export candidate listings
  • Merge candidates
