2 Set up a new organisation

Creating organisations allows you to have different graphics on the application form. This is usually used when the software is deployed in different branches with their own brand or when you want to advertise anonymously (in this case the form is not charted).

Organisations are also sets of user rights management. For example, you can have recruiters at the head office who have rights on all subsidiaries, while recruiters in each subsidiary will only see their candidates and positions.

The settings for your new organization begin in the ADMIN/Organisation menu.


In the JOB settings section, you can add a company description in the dedicated field as below and check the box "use a default company description". This allows you to use this description every time you create a job. If you change it afterwards, it will only affect new jobs but will not change the history.
