4 Set up the application form

The application form is the page that allows your candidates to apply for your positions. Its settings include :

  • the display of your logo,
  • the choice of fields proposed to the candidate,
  • the contact email address if the candidate encounters a problem when applying,
  • the text on the last page of the application and the acknowledgement email,
  • the redirection link to your website.

Display of your logo:

You can add your logo on your form in the menu ADMIN/Form then "modify".

If the editor is deactivated you can ask us to activate it at support (support@intuition-software.com)

Contact address :

The contact address allows the applicant to contact you directly if they have a problem when applying. It is generally advisable to replace it with a non-nominal address such as contact@votredomaine.com or rh@votredomaine.com.

You can set it up by going to the ADMIN/Form then "settings".

Last page of application text

When the applicant has submitted his or her application we display a text confirming that the application has been registered.

You can customise this text from the menu ADMIN/form and then "settings".

In the same place, you can also set up an email to acknowledge the application.


Link to your website:

Candidates will arrive on your forms from your website but also from the job boards on which you have publish Job. You can redirect candidates who apply to your website after they have applied. This will generate traffic to your website and, if you wish, present your other jobs to candidates. You can set this option from the ADMIN/Form then "Settings" by filling in the "Redirection link" field.
