How to create templates with variable fields?

If you want to create templates with variable fields, you have to go to the [ADMIN/Templates] menu

You can use the following variables in the subject and content of your message. These variables can be stored in the templates to produce custom messages from a common template.

[poste] - Job title.

[referenceposte] - Job reference.

[entiteposte] - Job client.

[contratposte] - Abbreviation of the job contract's name.

[contratpostelong] - Full name of the job contract's name.

[prenomutilisateur] - First name of the user sending the message.

[nomutilisateur] - User's last name.

[emailutilisateur] - User's email address.

[telephoneutilisateur] - User's phone number.

[divisionutilisateur] - User's division.

[liencalendly] - User's Calendly link set in Apps/Calendly

[prenomcandidat] - Candidate's first name.

[nomcandidat] - Candidate's last name.

[titrecandidat] - Candidate's title: “Mr”, “Ms”, “Mrs”, “Miss”.

[rgpdrenouvellement] - Link for the candidate to extend their data retention delay.

[documents] - Link allowing the candidate to attach documents to his application.

[emailcandidat] - Candidate's email address.

Variables should be written in square brackets, for example "Your application: [job]"

The variable [emailutilisateur] can also be used in the "From" field (sender's address)
