Why are my emails not arriving or going to spam?
If your emails do not arrive or are sometimes spammed it may be due to an anti-spoofing rule. Mails are sent from our server, with sender and recipient addresses in your domain, this can be blocked or spammed depending on the anti-spoofing rules in force.
To avoid this problem, simply configure our mail server in the white list at the level of your domain name (and not your mail server).
For example by adding a rule that would have this form (the example concerns gmail but it is the same logic for office365):
