How to use the colour dots

The coloured dots are user-specific, similar to a shopping cart, and are designed to manage short-term candidate selections and then perform group operations on the selected candidates.

The colour chips allow you to keep candidate selections for a few hours, without losing your selection if you are interrupted by an interview or phone call. Then, you use the Filter by Dots and Select All Applicants functions to step through an entire group of applicants in one operation.

Also, the bold appearance of unread applications is user-specific.

Tracking the processing of applications must be done by changing the stage of applicants. This information is shared by all users, and allows you to have

  • A more detailed follow-up of the status of each application, by date, recruiter and reason.
  • A quick view of the status of each job in the job list with Start, In Progress, End columns. Jobs where applications are well processed should have almost no applications counted in the Start column.
  • Candidate searches by past or current stage, e.g. to find a candidate already seen in an interview.
  • Well-filled reports.
