Automatic publication on Indeed

Indeed and jobaffinity have developed a gateway between their services that allows you to :

• Automatically publish your vacancies on Indeed, the world's leading job site.
• Access applications with just one click. Candidates will no longer have to fill in a form; Indeed sends us the information and the candidate's CV directly.
• Precise tracking of the Indeed source to ensure the profitability of your campaigns.

In order to benefit from the automatic distribution of your Job offers on Indeed, you must: have an Indeed account.

• Have an Indeed account. You can create one for free on this page: Indeed registration
• You have set up a link between your website and Jobaffinity to publish your jobs : Publication on your website

If this is the case, you can go to the Apps/Indeed menu to activate the link between Indeed and your site. Once this link has been made, it will take 24 hours. All the ads published on your site will then be broadcast in a feed that is processed directly by Indeed in Ireland.

If your Jobs were already included by Indeed on your website, you must inform your Indeed sales contact to tell them to stop indexing your site as you are using the Intuition Software feed which is processed directly by Indeed. If you do not have a sales contact, you will find more information on how to contact Indeed.

If your ads are not automatically published on Indeed after 24 hours, check that you are not in one of the following cases:

• It is not published on your website with Jobaffinity,
• It is out of date because it is more than 90 days old,
• It duplicates another existing publication,
• The job title is too long or "racy" or contains prohibited information such as the location of the job.
