Legal informations for applicants
You must inform candidates of their rights regarding the retention, modification and deletion of their datas by using the "Text of your RGPD commitment" in the Admin/Rgpd menu
This text will be displayed on your application forms. Please note that for applications received by email, you also need to set the application acknowledgement a little further down.
To do that, click on the box in front of "Send an email to the applicant when the application has been submitted" and add the corresponding text.
Below is an example of a text:
"The data you have just provided will be processed automatically by [Company name, RCS address], in its capacity as data controller, for the purpose of processing and managing your application. This data processing is necessary to process your application. The person in charge of data protection can be contacted at the following email address [email] The data will be kept for two years after the last contact with the applicant if the position is not filled. In the event of recruitment, the data may be kept by the employer for the duration of the employment contract. The recipients of the data are [HR department, recruitment department...]. As part of its processing operations, the data controller undertakes not to transfer your personal data outside the European Union. You have the right to access, rectify and, if there are legitimate grounds, delete, limit and object to the processing of your data. You also have the right to the portability of your data and the possibility of giving instructions concerning your data in the event of your death. You can exercise these rights by sending an email to [email]. If you are not satisfied, you may refer the matter to the CNIL."
