How to create an standard manager validation step

To create an standard manager validation step, go to your "Admin" menu, then to "Process" and click on "Configure the process". then "Process" and click on "Configure the process".

• Choose the validation and operational response steps. These steps must be in the "In Progress" phase.

If the step you want is not available, you can create a new one in your process by going to admin process modify steps.

Warning: be careful when adding/modifying a process when Jobs in progress are attached to the process.

• To send a validation request to an standard manager, pass a candidate in this step.

When you change stages, a form is displayed which allows you to send the validation request email.

The recipient of this e-mail will be able to send you, with one click, an assessment of the candidate in the form of a "yes", "no" or "pool" choice.

2. Answer

• Choose or create a response step

When an operative submits an assessment, the application is automatically moved to this stage.

In the list of applications for the position, the number of positive and negative opinions is displayed after the name of the step.

• Click on "Validate" to save your changes.
